Pan Seared Tilapia

                               Healthy and Good!

                        Pat dry your thawed fish.

Season both sides. I used sea salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, onion and garlic powder.

Get pan hot on med to high heat.  I used 2 tbs. oil and a tab of salted butter.

Place in pan and press down firmly with spatula on both sides.

 

 

Cook 4 minutes on both sides.

 

Eat and Enjoy. I had it with rice and steamed broccoli.
